This workshop will cover the differences between wills and trusts, how to avoid probate by utilizing a living trust, and using a living trust to plan for incapacity and provide for yourself and your loved ones in the event that you become incapacitated. We will also cover the basics of state tax avoidance, how to provide for your loved ones upon your death, how to transfer your assets into your trust and how to keep your trust up-to-date.
